These are the medium length and are glue-on's (as opposed to tabs) for up to 7 days of wear. The kit comes with 28 nails in 14 different sizes, 2g glue, mini-file and a manicure stick. Now I must admit that I didn't use glue for these. I used some stick on tabs from another kit I have. I just cannot commit to a look like this for more than a few minutes, it's just not really me. However if you use the glue, they stay on much longer and adhere better. For removal, you can get their handy All or 1 Artificial Nail Remover kit which removes up to 5 nails at once in just a few minutes. Maybe you noticed that these are pretty long, especially compared with my normal nail length. And you are right! These are extremely long on me, I would have had to cut about 3/4 of the length off them for me to wear them comfortably and that of course would ruin the french design of them. Also I tend to have pretty small and narrow nail beds, so I couldn't even use any of the thumb nails because they were way too wide for my fingers. Really cute design though, right?

When you look at my hand from this angle you can really see the length! The one tricky thing about these nude colored nails is that at least when you use tabs, you can kind of see them on the nail bed under the fake nail. It's hard to get a really natural look with pale colors, every flaw shows up. These actually fit around my cuticles better than a lot of other artificial nails have in the past. They are fairly oval in the cuticle area and my nails are shaped that way so that worked out well for me. If you have more of a square shaped cuticle area, they may prove to be too rounded and not cover your entire nail.

Here we have the neon orange ones. These have a purple and silver glitter pattern with a very thin strip of white separating the nail tip from the rest of the nail.

I think I like the design of these more than the green. The thin white strip with the silver glitter strip looks pretty cool!

Chase is my sweet old doggie who turned 15 in May! He's a Border Collie mix and my hubbie adopted him in Hawaii when he lived there. Chase's likes are: walks, though they can't be too long because he's got some arthritis in his hips, Snausages, Beggin' Strips and most of all his dad! His dislikes are: ringing doorbells, Opossums and Chewbacca

Here we have Squirt snuggled up with Sammy (more on him in a sec). Squirt is a brown medium haired Tabby with a tail like a pipe cleaner. Squirt was born with a bent front arm, so she sits with one arm crossed over the other and sometimes hops around like a bunny. Squirt's likes are: chasing bugs, milk and most of all, reflections and flashlights! Her dislikes include: boy kitties chasing her, the dreaded vacuum cleaner and people she doesn't know

Sammy is my gigantic long haired Maine Coon and the sweetest, most lovable kitty ever! He's completely obsessed with me and secretly thinks he's a long lost King (with a British accent no less). Though he's a gigantic 18 pounder, he has the temperament and meow of a tiny mouse. Sammy's likes are: drinking fresh water from the faucet, eating grass in the backyard any string or shoelace and me! His dislikes include: not having a full bowl of food, his fat belly being touched and a dirty litter box

And there you have it, I'm a crazy animal nut! More polish swatches coming soon, don't you fret!Chewbacca is a long haired Maine Coon/Tabby mix who is the bravest cat I have ever met. He's completely fearless and adventurous. Three years ago, we drove 2 1/2 hours to adopt a specific kitten that was on "hold" for us. When we got there, they had accidentally already adopted said kitten to another person! But all was good because we saw Chewy and he immediately came up to us and meowed and purred like crazy when we held him. It was all a total farce. Turns out he's completely anti-human social and really will only be touched on HIS terms. This of course makes me want to kiss and snuggle with him even more which makes him hate me more. Chewbacca's likes are: bird watching, his favorite mouse toy (which was Sam's first), Pounce and sneaking into the garage. His dislikes are: being picked up, being kissed on the sweet little cheeks and not being able to go outside 24/7

Pink Flamenco is my favorite out of these six. It's a cool, bright pink creme. I am loving this color right now as a pedi and it's very summery and pretty.

No Spain No Gain is a medium berry creme that leans towards the purple side. It's pretty but I'm not salivating over it or anything.

Manicurist Of Seville is a bright poppy red creme. Do I think it's nice? Yes. Do I have anything else to say about it? No.

Barefoot in Barcelona is one that I was hoping would be a "weird" taupey/mushroomy color, but sadly, it wasn't. It's more of a sand color. This is actually the only one that doesn't work with my skin tone, it has too much yellow in it. This is also the only one that was fairly sheer, so I used three coats.

Bullish On OPI is a orange/red creme. This is another one that's nice, but doesn't say either fall or original to me.

Now that you have seen the whole collection do you like Part I or Part II better? Will you be buying any of these colors?Conquistadorable Color is a pinkish/red creme and this was my second fav of these ones. Still it's not really a color that's very unique in my book.

Pamplona Purple is a really flattering medium grape creme. This is what I would classify as a pinkish purple. This may not be the most earth shattering color, but I feel it's very wearable and a great fall color (and summer for that matter) and I definitely will be wearing it. This was two coats.

Ate Berries In The Canaries is one of two pinks in this collection and this one was my favorite. It's a medium pink creme that has a bit of violet in it. I love this on my skin and though it doesn't say fall to me whatsoever, I feel it's a great color nonetheless. This was two coats.

Can You Tapas This? is great, right? I LOVE this color and I don't believe I have anything dupable to it. It's a milk chocolate colored brown creme with hints of red. I didn't like this in the bottle at all, it looked plain and boring, but when it was on it totally spoke to me and it's definitely a good fall color. This was two coats.

Suzi Skies In The Pyrenees is my favorite of this entire collection. At first glance in the bottle it looked like a really dark blue or almost black. Once on the nail it turned into a super dark charcoal with a very subtle shimmer to it. I absolutely LOVVVVVEEEEE this because it is so close to black, but definitely doesn't have that "harsh" look that black can have. I used three coats on this to get it fully opaque.

Give Me Moor! is another fabulous dark one in this collection and very appropriate for fall. The color is a really dark burgundy with a subtle shimmer. This says "Vampy" to me, so of course I am loving it! This was three coats for the ultimate opaqueness.

The Spain collection should be in stores and online the first week of August. Stay tuned for more swatches and review in Part II!And finally last, but definitely not least, we have Here Today...Aragon Tomorrow which is the green I think a lot of you have been dying to see. The color is a dark moss colored green again with that very slight shimmer to it. This was my second fav and I think you green lovers are going to really like it. This one definitely needed a good three coats to get it even and opaque.

Cords is a really cool color that's like a cross between taupe and platinum. This was one of my favorite ones from the collection because I feel it's more original than a lot of them. This doesn't say 70's to me, but that's ok. This was two coats.

Cruisin' is a vivid tangerine colored orange. This one definitely looks right in this collection, but not with my skin tone! This was two coats.

Drive In is a nice cherry red with a warm edge to it. I like it, but don't think it's one of the best ones here. This was two coats.

Far Out turned out to be a lot better than what I expected. It's a really pretty toffee color. I don't know why, but this is very 70's to me. This was three coats for full opaqueness.

Let's Groove is hands down the stunner of all of these. As soon as I saw it I knew I was a goner and have actually been wearing this color for 3 days now (with hardly any tip wear people, stop the presses!!). In fact, I was at the Gap today and the cashier kept going on and on about how much she loved it! Sadly she had never heard of China Glaze so I told her, you must go online and find them, they rock! This is a fabulous royal purple shimmer and I'm not sure how it fits into the 70's, but I don't care! I used three coats here for maximum impact.

Short & Sassy is a deep garnet colored polish that I can totally get behind! See the lit from within look it has when in the sun? Love it. This was two coats.

Free Love is another appropriate 70's polish and it's bright! This is precisely the warm orange/yellow color I cannot wear with my skin tone, but it's great nonetheless. This was two coats.

Skate Night is a deep cranberry red that I really like. It doesn't SCREAM original to me, but I do like it a lot and can't think of any dupes to it. This was two coats.

Stroll was the only one that had a jelly like consistency and glitter in it. I loved it in the bottle, but no so much on me for some reason. The color is a ruby red with fine gold glitter. I used three coats here as this was slightly more sheer than the rest.

Street Racing is hard to describe. It's an orange with maybe some copper or bronze in it? I don't know, but I like it a lot! This was two coats.

Stella is a pretty wine colored shimmer that was also one of my favs. This definitely says 70's to me more than Let's Groove somehow and it's much warmer. This was two coats.

The Retro Diva collection should be available starting in July and can be found at e-tailers and Sally Beauty Supply. What do you think of this collection, which are hits or misses for you? Are there any colors you wish had been included?Thunderbird is another nice red, but this didn't blow my socks off. It's lighter than Short & Sassy and more of a "classic" red hue. This was two coats.

So this beauty was my very first exposure to their tweezers and now I have to say, I will never go back. First off the design is really cute (sorry for darkish pic). It's a purple that fades into blue and with a kind of speckled paint effect. I like that they made their tweezers look nice, I mean if you can then why not? They are made from stainless steel and the slanted point of these is what really makes these special. They are SHARP and so precise! And when I say SHARP I mean SHARP! You have to remember, I am comparing them to a pair I have had for 15 years that's never been sharpened so they were incredibly dull and pretty much useless. These will get the tiniest finest hair you have, so you can do a much more precise brow. I did manage to accidentally grasp my skin a couple times because they are so precise so first timers, just be careful of that when using them. If I had to rate these on a 1-10 scale, I would give them a 9, they truly are fabulous. These retail for $25.00.

Here is another great pair of tweezers, this time with an ergonomic handle and also stainless steel. I think this is actually a great idea for a small tool like this. When comparing these to the ones above, these definitely feel more "grippy" and less likely to slip if you have lotion or something slippery on your hands. The point is slanted and is just as fine and sharp as the others. They come with a nice little pouch that they slip into for storage. The only drawback I can see with this pair is that they are a little bulkier so if you have a tiny bag and want to pack them, they take a wee bit more room. But really that's small beans! I give these an 8 out of 10 rating and they are also $25.00.

You can find these and other Tweezerman products on their website here. The Pedro Too is a little egg shaped callus foot stone. It has a really nice ergonomic design so it sits nicely in the palm of your hand while you file away at your feet. The filing stone is made out of ceramic from Germany and it's not too rough, like some of these can be. You can use it wet or dry and it really works great at getting rid of any calluses or thick, dry skin you have on your feet. I haven't tried it right after getting out of the shower when my skin was soft, but they do recommend that. I tried it when my skin wasn't that soft and it still worked really well. After you are done lightly filing in a circular motion (don't grind hard back and forth like a saw), you can wash it in warm water and soap and it's good to go for next time. The cute pink storage case it comes in has a cover for the stone with ventilation slots for quick drying. I have never used another product like this so I can't compare it with others that are on the market, but I really like it and it works well. This retails for $12.00 and I give it an 8 out of 10 rating.

Here's one side of my desk with my laptop, folder file, radio and assorted junk!

And here's my main computer and where I am sitting right this second as I type this! I am surrounded by various knick knacks that remind me of fun times or places and I'll give you close ups in a sec...

As you may have guessed, I got this crown in London. I got it right around the corner from my hotel at the Buckingham Palace gift store. It was the PUUURFECT size for Sam's huge head, but he will not let me take a pic of him with it on. For a cat that claims he was once known as King Samuel I, this seems like odd behavior.

This is my Jack bobble-head. I love The Nightmare Before Christmas and every single thing Tim Burton does. In fact I would go as far as to say I want to live inside a Tim Burton movie. One year for Christmas, my hubbie took my love a wee bit too far though and got me ONLY The Nightmare Before Christmas stuff! He will never live this down and he knows not to get me any more stuff like this ever again! Gotta love his dedication though

And here of course we have the Sally bobble-head

This is a really cool snow globe featuring a lot of the characters from the movie

Oh yes, can you believe ANOTHER snow globe, this one with a Santa Claus dressed Jack inside

And the mother of all X-mas presents (or so he thought, I was thinking maybe a new Michael Kors bag would be nice) a Nightmare Before Christmas lava lamp. It's been turned on twice in 6 years because it gets too hot and I'm scared the cats will burn their noses on it or the house will burn down if we leave it on. So it sits dark and quiet collecting dust on my desk

Obviously this is from London. A mini replica of their famous phone booths that has a slot for coins in the top. Fun fact: Most of these phone booths are absolutely FILTHY inside and literally covered with x-rated flyers for "hot dates" and such. If you stood inside that phone booth and looked around, you would swear you were on The Strip in Vegas. No way in hell was I going to go inside one of those for a photo op!

The mini Eiffel Tower was given to me by a friend who went to Paris. Then I have a Pound coin sitting there. Also a super cute business card holder that says "Well behaved women seldom make history" which is a famous quote. Sitting next to that is a little Egyptian cat I got from The British Museum

You know I never understood the NEED for paperweights. I mean who works where it's windy and their papers are flying all over the place? Even so I saw this one in London with an old London map inside and had to have it

Some very helpful books and some not so much. If you are into blogging I highly suggest reading Problogger, it's packed with useful information from the experts

This is a postcard sent from Heather Armstrong, AKA Dooce.com. I am a HUGE fan of hers, she is everything I want to be in a writer and photographer. The story behind this is awhile back, she posted a picture of OPI Sweet Heart. I saw it and thought I would send her a little gift to thank her for the hours upon hours of endless laughter and entertainment she has provided me. So I sent her OPI Let Them Eat Rice Cake and Eiffel For This Color. Then I got my mail one day after work, saw this postcard and almost crapped myself with excitement! For me it's like getting a hand written card from a huge movie star, she's just amazing. So I immediately taped it above my computer so I can see it and remind myself why I am doing this!

Cotton Candy is a pretty shimmery medium pink with a dusted kind of feel. It didn't look all that special in the bottle but I really liked it on the nail. The formula was really nice and thick, but not clumpy. This was three coats.

Pink Passion is a very flattering medium pink creme. This is a wonderful color for a summer pedi and I liked it a lot on my fingernails also. The formula was a little thinner on this, but still nice and smooth. This was three coats.

Oh, Tiff! ROCKS! I love Tiffany blue and anything resembling it makes me happy. Now you will see from pics below it isn't the exact shade of Tiffany blue and can't be anyway because that color is a trademark of the Tiffany Company. But it's damn close. You may be wondering if this is a dupe for China Glaze For Audrey and I would say basically yes with one exception. This has a very subtle shimmer when in the sun. The application of this is far better than FA. This is thinner and applies more evenly than FA, though it still is a little thick and requires a light touch. My FA came out a lot streakier than this, so I like this better (plus it's cheaper). This was three coats and check out my comparisons below.

Hot Summer Pink is very appropriately named. This is a vivid fuchsia with lots of light blue and silvery shimmer. I didn't think I would like this either, but I do! This was three coats.

Don't Teal My Heart Away is a nice medium teal that has a muted or dusty effect. This teal leans more towards peacock blue rather than green. I really like it and it is darker than a lot of the teal's we have seen lately, which makes it a keeper in my book. This was three coats.
Also if you buy this polish, Diamond Cosmetics will donate 25 cents for every bottle to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, who are trying to raise awareness about Ovarian Cancer. Ovarian Cancer awareness month is in September so let your fellow females know! You can find out more information about this by going to the Teal for Toes website.

You guys know how I feel about corals by now, right? Well Fiery Coral is a little different. This is a very red/pink coral, it's not in the "tangerine" category, so it actually worked with my skin tone. It also has a nice shimmer to it, much like Hot Summer Pink does. Three coats.

Uber is a nice mellow taupe creme. I wanted to try this one out because I love "mushroomy" colors and thought this might fit the bill. It kind of does, but really it looks more safe than that. This is the kind of color that would be great in a work place where you have to be conservative, but this has that slight edge that makes it special. This went on a little sheer so I needed three coats.

Dangerous is a medium grey creme. I LOVE grey polish, I think it's classic yet edgy all at once and this one was excellent. It's really what I define as a true "primer" grey. This was three coats.

Wasabi is BRIGHT and very true to the name. It's a yellow/green creme that looks just like the real thing. This is the one that gave me some streaky issues, but nothing I couldn't handle. The streaks must come from the yellow since most yellows are difficult to work with. This is three coats and totally unlike anything I own. Not for the faint of heart!

Spanglemaker is an awesome metallic shimmery silver. This is like Tin Man silver. It's hard to tell from the pic, but there is tons of shimmer in there. This was three coats.

Swamped was my favorite of these. This is another one whose name is spot on. Its a dark, swampy green creme that has hints of olive to it, which you KNOW I love! This was three coats.

Blackboard is pretty much what it says it is. It's a blackboard colored green creme and it's my second fav of the bunch. I certainly do not have another green that looks like this and it's super delicious! This was three coats.
